On the Hollywood OS line today (4/13), Carol Grant Casting is looking for NU Old West Types for a horror film, titled Trail Of The Dead. Filming begins April 24th and runs through May 24th. The age range is 18 - 79, and their shooting in L.A. Some people will work multiple days, and the pay is a flat rate of $75.00 paid at wrap. I'm just passing along some information guys...

5 - Hey guys and gals. Several of us Deadwoodies are working at $150/day for an outfit called Force Preparation Training Services, playing Iraqi citizens on the battlefield (cobs). You can sign up at www.forceprep.com/work/ and get paid training for your role playing. They are taking men and women. Mitch Toles and Mark Noble are a couple of the other guys working out here in the Mojave with me. You can work the last 4 days of each 10 day training session. They have a 10 month contract and we are starting the first session this Fri. (Comment this)

6 - Hi Gang!Kristen at Sande Alessi Casting,mentions three future film projects,on their hotline today.No details yet,it's too early.Not even their titles.She says that the first two films will begin shooting in late June,and one of them is a period piece..she does'nt say what time era. But she does say that they will need alot of people for both films.The third film starts in October,and they will need all types of people,especially CHARACTER TYPES.When I know more,I'll pass it along.Kristen also mentions that "Pirates",will be back up in August.Anytime that I hear about possible work,I'll put it up here.
